Returns & Refunds
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
You have the right to return non-custom products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn and unused
- In its original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
Each piece is individually hand-painted and created specifically for you. Because every item is made to order, slight variations make your piece truly one of a kind.
Before shipping, you may receive a preview of your item for approval. Once approved, the order is finalized.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a production issue, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
You may be required to provide photos for review.
We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
